He was always proactive and helpful in getting us what we needed. We were with Andrew as our agent through the purchase of our home, a displacement due to wildfire, and several uneventful years and ultimately selling our property and we felt well supported regardless of if it was a complicated time, or a simple time. When we sold our home he proactively reached out to us and got us a refund for the portion of the insurance we paid for but didn't use since we no longer possessed the property that was insured. Andrew is great to work with, and like I said, hopefully will be able to work with him again in the future."
