He was always proactive and helpful in getting us what we needed. We were with Andrew as our agent through the purchase of our home, a displacement due to wildfire, and several uneventful years and ultimately selling our property and we felt well supported regardless of if it was a complicated time, or a simple time. When we sold our home he proactively reached out to us and got us a refund for the portion of the insurance we paid for but didn't use since we no longer possessed the property that was insured.
